This month the city of Kent is celebrating the fall season and
Halloween in style. Check out some of the creative activities our city
has to offer:
Fall Family Fun at daily Fri.,
Sept. 26 – Fri., Oct. 31. Celebrate the fall season with family fun at
Carpinito Brothers’ Pumpkin Patch, Corn Maze and Farm Fun Yard. With
more than 20 acres of pumpkins, there are plenty to choose from, so
you’re sure to find the perfect one for your jack o’lantern. Families
will also enjoy the corn maze, children’s hay maze, farm animals, pygmy

Zombie Walk in Kent Historic District, Sat., Oct.
25. From 1 to 4 pm, zombies will troll Kent’s Historic District for
food, music, treats, prizes and more. Adults 21+ can also participate in
the pub crawl. Home base for the events is Down Home Catering at 211

Fri., Oct. 31, 4 to 6:30 pm. On Halloween, little ghosts and goblins
are invited to show off their best costumes in Kent Station’s annual
Halloween costume contest (4 to 6 pm at the fountain stage plaza next to
Cold Stone Creamery). Individual and group prizes will be awarded. In
addition, some of the Kent Station merchants will have goodies for
