During the holidays, it is easy to eat, drink and be merry to excess!
You donít have to feel guilty though. There are ways to stay fit during
the holidays, even when youíre traveling. In fact, Kent has two great
ways for you and your loved ones to enjoy exercise indoors and out this
holiday season: the 33rd Annual Christmas Rush and Indoor Walking at
ShoWare Center every Monday and Thursday.
Every winter the City of Kent sponsors its Annual Christmas Rush.
This year will be the cityís 33rd year for the event! Rain or shine,
walkers and runners from around the area will gather at Hogan Park to
participate in 5K and 10K walks and runs.
